This commit adds two new commands to the package.json file: "syncpack:check" and "syncpack:fix". These commands use the syncpack tool to check for and fix any package mismatches in the project.
This commit adds a new "check" script to the package.json file. The script runs various checks including syncpack, format, lint, and test.
This commit adds a new configuration option `semverGroups` to the `syncpack.config.ts` file. The `semverGroups` array now includes a group for `@google-labs/*` packages with a range of `^`.
