Automate content update

Currently, updating the subscriber numbers is a manual task, generally completed by @dirkkelly and reviewed by members of the @breadtubetv/content team.

I propose we automate this process, and remove the need for the approval of a PR for that particular task. This will result in less stress/mental pressure on Dirk, less PR fatigue on the content team, and less delay in the updated information being displayed on https://breadtube.tv.
