[Suggestion] Remove Non-free Services

Issue: Make free-only version without non-free services like Crashlytics and Firebase.
Objective: Make F-Droid compliant-version for free software OSes like Replicant.

@trymeouteh That is not likely to happen anytime soon. It's also important to note there are a number of other requirements the codebase does not meet for F-Droid.

If you are interested in building for yourself, Firebase services are disabled by default if the associated API keys are not provided. See https://github.com/breadwallet/breadwallet-android#firebase
