tutorial files

Hello,

I am trying to reproduce the tutorial. I downloaded the project_catalog.csv from https://www.hmpdacc.org/hmp/catalog/grid.php?dataset=metagenomic

This csv file is different from the one in the tutorial. after running all the code up to:
filter(HMP.Isolation.Body.Site=='gastrointestinal_tract' & Gene.Count>0) %>% .$Sequence.Read.Archive.ID

I get length(IDs) 0 instead of 147. May I ask where i can get the correct file?
