  1. Logon to the Google Console Dashboard
  2. Go to the Credentials page Go to the Credentials page

  6. Give the service account a role of Service Account Actor Give the service account a role
  7. If you don't remember the service account email, open the manage service accounts link open the manage service accounts link
  8. Copy the service account email. Copy the service account email.
  9. Create a Google Spreadsheet with a shared email account.
  10. Share the locale spread sheet with the service account email. Share the locale spread sheet
  11. Ensure that the Google Sheets or Drive API is enabled. Enable API Share the locale spread sheet
