Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Success/Info/Error alerts need to be manually dismissed. React Bootstrap alert does not have a property for auto-dismiss loo to replace with Toast component

Describe the solution you'd like
Progress Alert message (e.g., User Login / Sync) auto-dismisses after N seconds
