Results doesn't match

My open project has two TODO lines, but the search results displays only one:

If I add another TODO, the result are correct:

"git grep TODO" always displays the correct result.

I have the same issue. If you look at his first SS, you'll notice it says 2 results at the bottom, indicating a display bug. If I close and reopen the file in the search window (using the little triangle) it shows the correct results. Running the search again reverts back to displaying the wrong number of results.
