Adding capability to download list of battlegroups.
Forgot to update the project file to include the new battleground files as well as adding the routine to IExplorer.cs.
Added GuildOptions.GetNews to allow retrieval of Guild News via GetGuild.
When merging this into the official library commit I forgot a line.
I added the ability to download ItemClass data and also reworked the Achievements and Battlegroups to follow the IEnum Data/Info method used for other types instead of returning the Data object.
