IRCBalloon is a IRC / Twtich chat room notification application, it could fetch the dialog in chatroom and display it using either a pinned chat window or a bubble pop up notification.
You could use IRCBalloon to fetch your chatroom and put it into your bradcast screen when you are broadcasting using Twitch.
Since Twitch are using IRC protocol, this could be also used on any IRC chatroom.
- It's easy, just click a button and authorize it on Twitch site!
- You need only one program, no more need for LimeChat and Growl.
- You could fine tuning the location of chatroom window and bubble notification area
- Mouse events are not transparent like NicoLime.
- No full screen support.
- File is huge.

IRCBalloon 是一套 IRC / JustinTV / Twitch 聊天室擷取軟體，他可以把聊天室的 內容擷取出來，並且放成置頂視窗或泡泡通知。
你可以使用 IRCBalloon 來擷取自己的實況聊天室，並且將他放入實況的畫面中，這 樣觀眾重播的時候，就可以知道那個時間點大家在聊什麼。
- 設定簡單，輸入 JustinTV 或 Twitch 的帳號密碼，再選擇顯示方式即可使用
- 一套軟體搞定所有事情，不用再裝 LimeChat 和 Growl
- 可以詳細設定聊天室視窗和泡泡通知的顯示位置
- 不像 NicoLime 可以讓滑鼠事件穿透聊天室窗，所以不適合疊在需要滑鼠操作的遊戲上。
