Clean up Foundation customised app.css #4

In foundation/, we have a heavily customised app.css. I have basically copied this from reps.mozilla.org.

2 things to do:

  1. Update file when 0.2 of reps.mozilla.org is released this week
  2. Trim it down to remove styles that are only used on the site, and not needed in the add-on
