I continuously get this error when trying to run the model:
"Error in jags.model(model.file, data = data, inits = init.values, n.chains = n.chains, :
RUNTIME ERROR:
Compilation error on line 92.
Unknown variable frac_sig2
Either supply values for this variable with the data
or define it on the left hand side of a relation."
Has anyone else encountered this error? How can I define this variable? For context, I cannot even get the example scripts in the package to run successfully to even understand what the output of the model is supposed to look like. When trying to run the example scripts, R studio crashes although my R studio and R are both up to date and everything has loaded correctly. Any help would be appreciated!
