The code to make the plots is "plot_data.r", you can change things there. You can open that in any text editor, don't need R Studio (I use Sublime Text for example). There are 5 code blocks that pertain to different situations you could have: 2 effects + source by factor, 2 effects + source not by factor, 1 effect + source by factor, 1 effect + source not by factor, no effects. Would be easy to edit a different case than you have, then not see any change, so make sure you pick the right one!
