Description

adds a AzureServiceFabricClusterProtectionLevel

Description

The scan_resource_conf function checks whether a certain resource in the Azure environment meets certain conditions related to security, and returns a test result accordingly.

I believe properties is required, so unnecessary, but not wrong :)
