Some utilities for building dialog systems with Java and OAA.

Requirements:

- Java SDK 1.5.0 (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp)

- OOA 2.3.0 (http://www.ai.sri.com/oaa/distribution/v2.3/) The
  environment variable OAA_HOME should point to the base of the OAA
  installation.

- Java Speech API classes

- A Java Speech API Engine

Configure:

- Edit the paths in the Makefile to suit your installation.

Compile:

$ make
