I don't know if this is the best place for this. However, I think that docs on the keyboard tables should have at least some mention of how to set them.

That index.html is automatically generated by the mkdocktb script. Direct
changes to it, therefore, will get lost. Give me a bit to think about it.

Note that the real fix is to the mkdocktb script in the brltty repository. It
gets run by the upddocs script in the brltty-website repository.
