Complete Jupyter Notebooks for both Tanaka and Bouligant approaches. Each of these outline how to compute Curie depth using the CurieGrid and CurieOptimise objects.

Bouligand approach

  • Posed within a Bayesian inverse framework
  • Gradient optimisation and MCMC methods to compute Curie depth
  • Flexible addition of prior information

Tanaka approach

  • Parameter exploration
  • Better handling of uncertainty in Curie depth computation

Added/extended three forms of Tanaka method, with flexibility for with/without errors.
Code to generate synthetic magnetic anomaly data for Curie point depth analysis/comparison.
Collection of scripts from RDelhaye. Included are mag_grid2.npz (compressed Tellus aeromag data as of 18/05/2018), and tst_data.npz, a synthetic data set from the Bouligand_forward.py code.
