The dyes used to generate cell health labels correspond to the following:

Dye Target
Hoechst DNA Dye
EdU S Phase
pH3 Mitosis
gH2AX DNA Damage

The second experiment, tracking live cells (vb prefix) have dyes that represent:

Dye Target
Caspase 3 (Green) Apoptotic Cells
DRAQ7 (Red) Plain Dead Cells
