One potential issue: currently the version of samtools in the environment.yml is 1.10. Here it's being updated to 1.11. I'd vote for removing the samtools in the yaml file (though it still may be installed by conda....). Alternatively, install samtools in both places with the latest version.

Our docker system needs an overhaul. I've observed utils tend to be dumping grounds. I'd vote for getting rid of lr-utils completely this year by breaking it apart into smaller dockers.
