Feat. Rq: Customize backups folder

Describe the feature you'd like
An option to choose the folder where backups are saved would be pretty sweet.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Even just a dedicated app folder somewhere else in the phone internal storage would be nice instead of the download folder. Then again, I'm sure it may be hard for some to navigate to a random folder in their phone, so my suggestion would be to keep the downloads folder as default but allow the user to choose a different folder.

The fact that this app is the best fitness tracking app I've ever used just speaks volumes about open source. Thank you.
