It looks like the version on PIP is pretty old.

I can't guarantee that the last commit of the project is still compatible with the current Tesseract API. As the README mentions, I don't maintain TesseractTrainer anymore. If anyone feels like putting some fresh paint on this old house, I can transfer the Github and PyPI ownership.
