Getting Started
- Message the telegram bot @telefinance_tracker_bot
- Follow the instruction provided by the bot or you can refer to the steps below
- Go to the provided Google Sheet URL
- Click on File in the top menu and select Make a copy to create your own copy of the template.
- After making a copy, click on File again and select Share from the dropdown menu.
- Add the email address (given to you by the bot) as an Editor
- Copy the URL of your Google Sheet and send it to the bot
- Head over to your Google Sheet and make changes to the fields under Payment Type, Category & Income
- Take note that the first column (grey out) is reserve for transportation
- Head over to the bot and using it! You can use /addentry to add an expenses
- Any expenses that is not under TRANSPORT is considered as OTHERS
- To quickly add transport/others expenses, you can use /addtransport or /addothers
