Improve Router and separate it from Layout #108

I plan to improve Blue React's Routing System.

Separate it from the <Layout /> component to make it optional to use
Rename prop pages to routes
Allow to declare possible params
Easy access to param values via param names
- Like const { myProp } = useParams() instead of const myProp = window.blueLayoutRef.state.match[1]
- Better TypeScript support
