Update Loggy dependency to a more recent version to remove growl from dependencies

The current loggy version used in deppack is dependent on a growl version that has critical vulnerabilities. More recent versions (or the most recent?) of loggy does not use growl anymore. If possible, updating the loggy dependency to a version that does not use growl would fix this problem.
