According to IANA, the correct language subtag for Danish is 'da'. This explains why @mpejstrup could not get the Danish translation to work in issue bruxy70#234
For consistency with other languages.

This PR improves the existing danish translation. Most notebly the existing
custom_components/garbage_collection/translations/sensor.dk.jsontranslation is renamed tosensor.da.jsonto follow the correct IANA language subtag. Additionally the configuration options have also been translated to danish.
