Implement paris crate to cleanup command-line output

This branch heavily improves the output to the terminal provided by Dexios. The changes are rather shocking, and I don't know why I never had the idea to implement them sooner.

Functions with longer executions will show a "loading" icon, that spins so you know that something is still happening. They will show a success tick once completed.
