This would allow for the programmer to filter resources by that tag to quickly identify those that have been changed by pipeline tooling.

The main problem with this is that the programmer would have to remember to take that tag off at some point, and I'd bet there isn't a way to do that en-masse via the IDE. So maybe some methods and CLI commands for managing tags? Or auto-removing such tags upon next update/import call?
