A good product should not require an extensive voice over but should lead the customer to a quick aha moment.

Team disfunction often emanates from drifting focus that slowly migrates the problem away from its true epicenter and shifts it upon people. Rather than seeing the true problem, groups can splinter because of finger-pointing and misplaced blame. I use analytics to pull teams together, to enhance collaboration, and give solid definition to a problem that requires cohesive effort.

Additionally, many analytic products are skewed due to embedded assumptions or lack of operational, front-line knowledge. I don't just sit between data and managers; I am a collaborative leader who works to get to know operations and understand the business lines. I describe myself as a person who works creatively to expand the scope of programs and projects in a way that doesn't create internal border wars. I do this by establishing collegial working relationships founded on trust and transparency and by solidly learning operations so that I understand the cascading effects of change.
