Need to survey popular UI mods and determine how they interact with this one, and possibly resolve incompatibilities.

Surveyed most UI mods on the Workshop and found that only the general UI mods like NQ and CQUI touch the map pin features. Based on CivFanatics LoadOrder notes, I was able to adjust the load order to avoid conflicts. By default, the game will favor whichever mod is installed last. I set the Map Tacks load order to 12,000 so that it will take precedence. Only a few other mods set load order, and most set it around 10,000 like the CivFanatics post suggests.

Fixed by #25 and released in v0.9.1 on Steam Workshop.
