Run wallet and keep it open - it helps decentralization

Windows

Download bitcoinz-windows-wallet_1.4.0_win64.zip and run bitcoinz-wallet.exe.
No need to install.

Release notes:

  • version bump to 1.4.0
  • timewarp blockchain fix
  • tools\reindex.bat (If you are getting 'EOF' errors please use this to reindex)

IF you're having 0 connections issue please:

Option 1

  1. Close the Wallet if its open
  2. Goto Start -> type in the box %appdata%\bitcoinz
  3. Edit the bitcoinz.conf file and add these nodes - just paste them into the file:

addnode=btcz.kovach.biz
addnode=seed.btcz.life
addnode=bzseed.secnode.tk
addnode=btzseed.blockhub.info
addnode=btczseed.1ds.us
addnode=104.131.83.192
addnode=52.207.253.9
addnode=54.174.68.212

  1. Save, close
  2. Rerun the wallet executable

Option 2

  1. Close your wallet
  2. Goto %appdata%\BitcoinZ
  3. Delete the peers.dat file
  4. Re-open your wallet
