Angular phonecat tutorial re-written with the work-in-progress New Angular Router.

Running the App

npm install
npm start

Then visit http://localhost:8000

Running end-to-end tests

Star the webserver with:

npm start

In another shell tab/pane:

protractor protractor.conf.js
