Script btracecc.bat launched with too many files at the time --> comman line too long.
See task buildTraces generated command line > 8192 --> error

Still some issue with os detection osFamily not computed.

I am sorry - this report is quite confusing.
Can you attach code and output snippets at least? Also, reporting BTrace and Java version would be nice.

I made a try from empty folder and i'm even not able to clone or unzip without warning/error (master/develop branches) from windows 10 x64. I have error in path for Auxilliary.java file...

I have verified that the develop version of BTrace with proper setting of JAVA_HOME environment variable is working correctly. Please, verify that your JAVA_HOME is correct - eg. pointing to JDK and not just JRE.

Closing now. If you are able to reproduce with proper JAVA_HOME, please feel free to reopen.
