missing information for some ISBNs #246

For MW1PD96682 (and probably MW1PD95844) the ISBNs are not returned by the API, example https://ldspdi.bdrc.io/ID/searchByID?id=9787800577918 returns a 404 while the ISBN is recorded in the db.
