Add arm64 to Releases

I'm currently working on standardizing a single version manager (asdf) within my company, to make it easier to use the same tool versions across all projects.

In order to do that, I'm writing an asdf plugin to install Buf, but it currently fails for M1 Macs.

It would be awesome if you added an Arm64 release to your releases page. I know I could build from source files, but it would require Go pre-installed in order to install and use Buf and I'd like to keep pre-requisites to a minimum.
