Improvements for auth and settings stores

  • add api version and auth data to the settings strore
  • remove old /version api endpoint
  • create settings initialization function to manage settings load
  • remove nuxt plugiin usage in couple places

@butschster please loot at this PR. After release we can drop api/version endpoint.
