Relation names do not match the schema

The relation names in version afb04a1 do not match the schema. The relation names should be all upper case. IFCRELASSIGNSTOGROUP instead of IfcRelAssignsToGroup.

Hi @pasi-paasiala, as you mention on the slack channel, the preferred solution would be to fix the generator of the samples that @Moult wrote.

The code is available in the IfcOpenShell repository (see https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/tree/v0.7.0/src/ifctester/test), but I've not had time yet to learn the ropes on the framework to be able to fix it there.

If anyone would like to help me with setting up a good dev/debug environment on python, I'd be happy to fix the test generation in the coming weeks.
