According to XML standard documentation.
Test case and development files have been adjusted to address new issues discovered by tool. A number of cases previously listed as fail are now marked invalid.

The audit tool now checks that attribute and property values are coherent with the expected xml base type.
A number of test cases are now marked as invalid as a consequence (they still should fail).
A core change in principle follows from this: boolean are expressed in lowercase in XML, whereas the documentation previously defined them as uppercase.
