We have gotten feedback that it would be helpful to provide documentation on kpack architecture and information on how it operates, scales, and fails.

The documentation should include:

  • current kpack architecture
  • how kpack scales
  • resource consumption in kpack
  • known scalability issues/tradeoffs
  • how kpack operates and recovers from various failures
