Smeagle Release 0.0.1

This is the first release of Smeagle that produces something more usable, so I'm switching back to semver and we will increment from here. Releases until 1.0.0 should still be considered beta/alpha. This will be the release that we use to update and test the smeagle-demo, with structs, unions, and pointer parsing added.
