torcoin with integrated tor and onion nodes

This is a version of TorCoin with integrated Tor so users of TorCoin may use their wallets over the Tor network.
The difference between the original version (see below) and this fork, is how the client connects to the TorCoin network. Apart from this difference they are fully compliant with each other.
