IPv6 support, compilation fixes and other small changes #1

Hello,

Here are some changes to stud:

  • IPv6 is fully supported.
  • It now also works on non-Linux systems. At least on OpenBSD and OSX.
  • A new option, -c, allows setting the list of authorized ciphers.
  • SSLv2 has been disabled.
  • The SO_REUSEPORT option is required on BSD systems, in addition to REUSE_ADDR.
  • Documentation updates.

Due to IPv6 support, the HOST:PORT syntax has been changed to HOST,PORT.
