I saw on GitHub that there are more issues so I looked at some and found this one #1029 . I wanted to see myself those transitions. I also tried clicking the dropdown menu so the items are visible. I use Czech localization of Busy and the Czech counterpart of English "Logout" consists of two words. That gave me unexpected rendering of the text in the menu since the second word is pushed out of the menu.
Expected behaviour
The text withing the dropdown menu should stay inside the menu rows. The behaviour should not be affected by resizing the window or the window size at all.
Actual behaviour
The "Logout" words in Czech "Odhlásit se" don't fit the line in dropdown menu if the window size is smaller than 1090px and/or the user is resizing the window by pulling the window border. This may happen in other languages too but I did not try it.
