Going back in history takes you to the same post page if you got there from a modal #1899

Expected behavior

When you click the view post button on a post modal and then go back it should take you to the page that initiated the modal.

Actual behavior

When you click the back button in a web browser it takes you to the same page

How to reproduce

Go to any feed of posts e.g. the home page. Click on a post and then the second button from the top in the list on the right to go to the main post page.

Then click the back button in your browser and you should still be on the same page. If you click the back button again it takes you back to the original page (e.g. home page)

  • Browser/App version: Opera 53
  • Operating system: Windows 10
