Include username (aka ident) in logs #3

Currently, only nickname and host are logged, but username/ident is not. It would be useful to have that information too.

Added a column for ident and saved that for every call.

Hope that is enough since I have no experience with ident (I'm only using Quakenet where it doesn't matter).
