0.2 will be the second release, containing:

bug-fixes
extended flag support
additional NodeType customization
Automated testing
Updated support for ns-3.29 (from 3.26)

It may contain:

pure ns-3 simulated nodes with event-based simulation
A simple multi-ns3-sim approach to utilize multiple threads with containers, each ns-3 script simulating a single link
