No EEPROM data

Have been using this tool for fortus 250mc and dimension series for quite some time .

Now, I was trying to refill a 450mc Chip, I was able to read and the id is "b3-xxxxxxx" usually it will be "23-xxxxxx" and it doesn't have eeprom in it it has "rw" , when i tried to read rw it is showing " ff ... " only. so i was not able to get the eeprom data copied for editing the material percentage
Is there a way refill the chip?

I am using Rasp pi 3 for refilling the chip

450mc chips use SHA-1 protection, so you will need to know the HMAC secret in order to write back to it with a RasPi.

maybe if you have Fortus 250 try to swap eeprom reader with 450 if they have same connection. but the main problem is SHA-1 protection.

With an fpga you could brute force this similair to bitcoin hashing and get the encryption key pretty quick.
