however, in some cases the results are a bit odd; need check
L_bfsg does not contain enhancement effects, while L_bd does - this can lead to confusion if used in the GUI results as L_bfsg is sometimes larger than L_bd, which seems inconsistent (one just shouldn't compare the two directly...)
- add a dir-chooser dialog - allow changing the SrtmConf - clear worker caches if necessary
these were partly related to the worker threads not correctly shut down
