mod_perlite version 0.10

mod_perlite is a lightweight Perl module for Apache 2.x that is
easy to install, easy to use, and compatible with the CGI spec.

Your script can find out if it is running under mod_perlite
by checking $ENV{MOD_PERLITE}, which, if present, contains the
version of mod_perlite installed.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Build.PL
   ./Build
   ./Build install

Then add the following directives to your Apache httpd.conf:

   LoadModule perlite_module    modules/mod_perlite.so
   AddType application/x-httpd-perlite .pl
   AddDirectoryIndex index.pl

The included mod_perlite.conf wraps these directives and may be
included into your httpd.conf.

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

  Apache >= 2.x
  Perl >= 5.8

You might have luck compiling this module with Perl 5.6, and you might
have luck installing this module into Apache 1.3. Good for you!
