Bug description

lsassy module not found while using the cme windows version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download Windows embeddable package (64-bit)
  2. Decompress it
  3. Run cme using the binary python.exe from there
  4. See error below

  • Tested using latest release
