Just a reminder, add fail-on-cache-miss: true which is able to avoid L229 - L231.

Had better remove the trailing spaces, and change -DWAMR_BUILD_INTERP=0 to -DWAMR_BUILD_INTERP=1

Multi-tier JIT isn't supported in linux-sgx due to LLVM JIT isn't supported.

Remove unnecessary jobs which have been tested in other CI, test samples with iwasm-sgx, and add fast-jit to the tests.
