For instructions on how to use the bfh_python
program, see the
documentation by Robert Lipshitz.
You can also install it as a self-contained Python
package using pip
by following these
instructions.
The program bfh_python
is based on a previous program (written in
Sage) by Robert Lipshitz, Peter Ozsvath and Dylan Thurston, which is
available on the former's
webpage.
Implements various algorithms described in the following papers of R. Lipshitz, P. Ozsvath, and D. Thurston
- arXiv:math/0810.0687 Bordered Heegaard Floer homology: Invariance and pairing
- arXiv:math/1003.0598 Bimodules in bordered Heegaard Floer homology
- arXiv:math/1005.1248 Heegaard Floer homology as morphism spaces
- arXiv:math/1010.2550 Computing HF^ by factoring mapping classes
- arXiv:math/1011.0499 Bordered Floer homology and the branched double cover I
and by B. Zhan
- arXiv:math/1403.6215 Explicit Koszul-dualizing bimodules in bordered Heegaard Floer homology
